Can't find New Database Sort Order in Options under View menu due to moved.
Cause:
The 'Options...' command has been moved to the 'Tools' menu, and the 'New Database Sort Order' option has been moved to the 'General' tab.
Solution:
To define a sort order of new databases in Access 7.0, use the 'Options...' command under the 'Tools' menu, and select a sort order from the 'New Database Sort Order' drop-down list box of the 'General' tab.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'General' tab.
3) Select a sort order from the 'New Database Sort Order' drop-down list box.
NOTE: The selected sort order will be the default for all new databases.
Select sort order
4) Click 'OK'. (The Options dialog box closes. The sort order selected in step 3) becomes the default sort order for all new databases.)
